How do we work?
Preliminary meeting
We generally start with a 2/3hours meeting with you in your farm/garden to learn about your business, current production, processes, history, successes and current challenges, and of course what are your objectives and dreams. We can introduce you to the science of nutrient cycling, the Soil Food Web methodology, opportunities and risks, answering to all your questions.
Microbiological assessment of your current soil condition
We always first do a biological assessment about where you are now at the start, how is your soil, maybe your compost or your produce in terms of microbiology and quality before any other action.
The idea is to be able to later monitor changes in your soil biology /produces after any corrective action, to make sure at each step we go in the direction we aim to go to. More information about our soil microbiology laboratory service, and how to get your sample assessed…
Produce Sap monitoring
If you manage a fruit production or market garden business, we can also assess the sap sugar content in your plants and produces and then monitor the positive effect of any corrective action and Biocomplete® biological application on their nutrient content.
Soil Remediation action plan
After the first assessment results, we can help to build and apply an action plan. We will therefore put you in direct contact with a SFW consultant that can advise you on corrective actions to take in order to work towards the improvement your are looking for your soil and plants/orchard/fields health and production.
We can accompany you in the application of the remediation process at every step, teaching you to make Biocomplete® compost and extract with the required biology for what you are willing to grow, then following with the consultant for the application, and assessing in our laboratory the effects of the applications/actions:
Soil Assessment -> Corrective action -> Soil assessment of the outcome -> Decision on the next corrective action -> Soil assessment of the outcome etc…
In this way, we accompany you into your transition, controlling step by step that you go in the right direction.
Training
We can train you in making Biocomplete® compost, static, thermophilic or worm casting, teach you how make extract that you can use on your garden/field/orchard, and even train you in regenerative soil microscopy to learn to follow up your soil biologic microbiome evolution.
